Emma is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across various settings, including center-based programs, schools, and in-home environments. Her mission extends beyond supporting families of children with autism; she is dedicated to helping any family seeking guidance in navigating behavioral and developmental challenges.Emma specializes in equipping parents and caregivers with practical strategies to address a wide range of concerns, including behavior management, communication development, daily living skills, social interactions, executive functioning, cognitive flexibility, sensory sensitivities, transitions, toilet training, sleep, feeding difficulties, and more. She also prioritizes holistic family well-being, emphasizing parental self-care, sibling and family support, and school-related advocacy, including IEP navigation.Whether working virtually or providing in-home support to Colorado-based families, Emma is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized guidance that fosters positive behaviors, encourages independence, and strengthens family connections—laying the foundation for long-term success and a brighter future for every child.

Emma is a Colorado native with deep roots in the Denver area. She and her husband, John, grew up in the same suburban community, where their families were closely connected—John’s mother was a teacher at their elementary school, and their older sisters were in the same class and played sports together. Although they attended elementary, middle, and high school together, Emma and John reconnected in 2019 and have been inseparable ever since. They have been happily married for several years and are excited to start a family in the near future.

At home, Emma and John share their lives with two beloved dogs—Chester, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Cale, an English Cream Golden Retriever. Their weekends are often spent surrounded by family, strengthening the close-knit bonds that have always been central to their lives.

Emma’s passion for supporting families extends beyond her professional work; she deeply values the connections, traditions, and relationships that create a loving and supportive home. Her personal experiences shape her compassionate approach to parent consulting, reinforcing her belief that every family deserves tailored support and guidance to navigate the unique challenges of parenting.

Through Foundations Behavioral Consulting, Emma is dedicated to helping families create positive, structured environments where both parents and children can thrive. Whether working virtually or in person, she is committed to providing evidence-based strategies that foster meaningful growth, strengthen family dynamics, and empower parents with the confidence to support their child’s development.
